    Jim was excellent, he provided great insight into anatomy and his positioning tips gave me a better understanding of how to properly utilise the body to provide better strength and balance in postures (and there I was thinking it was bad muscle tone, well maybe a bit more of that wouldn't go amiss either). Loved that he used Tai Chi & Chi Gong allowing the body to flow better & when you combine this all with his gentle, kind and humorous nature how could you go wrong? In the 4 years that I have been coming to Silver Island, Jim provided, for me, the best yoga, the classes flew by and were the perfect balance of instruction, movement & meditation.
