My style of yoga:
Therapeutic Alignment Vinyasa
My retreat offering:
By moving the body in and out of a variety of different postures and holding still in them, the whole body is re-calibrated; a process which involves the whole of the body and mind. The effects of yoga are very expansive and profound.
Most immediately they give back to the body the capability to move freely and effortlessly, at the same time focusing the mind, while bringing a vitality and enthusiasm for life. Enhancement of muscular activity, respiration, circulation and digestion will give benefits physically and psychologically, leading to an enhanced sense of wellbeing, confidence, and self-esteem.
This 6 day Therapeutic Alignment Vinyasa (TAV) yoga immersion offers a potent blend of daily yoga & meditation practice. Whether you are a complete novice or more seasoned practitioner, this will be a valuable opportunity to learn and to experience TAV (Therapeutic Alignment Vinyasa), Restorative Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation.
Therapeutic Alignment Vinyasa (TAV) is a system based on spinal awareness and ground control using gravity as a healing force. TAV works on awakening the postural muscles and actively correcting mechanical problems in the body restoring, balance and mobility within the spine. Restorative Yoga eases practitioners into a place of deep contentment, facilitating the present moment to become aware of the peace that resides within.
This multi-dimensional approach to the yoga practice generates harmony by unifying physical, emotional and spiritual development

Why I teach yoga:
I trained in Iyengar, Ashtanga, Viniyoga and Himalayan Meditation traditions and have been teaching in Europe and in Asia for more than ten years, so I am passionate about yoga.
I try and inspire through my teaching by incorporating both the physical and mystical aspects of yoga into my practice. My classes integrate dynamic Vinyasa flow asanas, linking movement and breath with precise alignment, meditation and visualisation, in order to create an inner journey towards healing and empowerment. I like to emphasize enjoyment while maintaining a meditative mind, regardless of the level or pace of practice.
