MY RETREAT OFFERING
Our morning practices will blend a more dynamic, creative vinyasa flow with the integration of pranayama, mantra and meditation. Afternoon sessions will include yin and restorative yoga, yoga nidra and thai massage.
WHO WOULD BENEFIT FROM THIS RETREAT
My intention is to meet each student where they are at, in any given moment and support the sacred space we inhabit together on retreat. I hope to encourage them to breathe with their experience without judgement or expectation. Yoga in all of its many forms can be healing to overwhelmed minds and hearts and reminds us to savour the joy and sweetness of the present moment. I think anyone can benefit from that type of energy!

WHY I TEACH YOGA
​
I began practicing yoga in 2001 and have been teaching full time since 2006. I have been blessed to have many wonderful teachers on my journey and am inspired by the pulse and flow of a strong vinyasa class, the devotion and joy of bakti yoga, the nourishment of yoga nidra and restorative yoga, and the insight of meditation and philosophical study. I hope to offer students what they seek and open them to elements they may not have considered previously.
